This dynamic class is facilitated by Certified Body Class Facilitators who uses verbal processes and hands-on bodywork uniquely crafted to unlock tension, decrease resistance and reduce dis-ease of the body by shifting energy.
People who have attended the Access Body Class have reported dramatic shifts and incredible changes with their body size and shape, as well as an overall relief from chronic and acute pain.
