Having all that awareness is not always comfortable. Most<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

of us would rather just be aware of the ideas and thoughts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

we’ve judged as good or positive, and ignore or fix-up the<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

bad or negative ones. To be aware of everyone’s good and<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

bad thoughts, feelings, and emotions, points of view,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

considerations, fears and hopes and dreams around<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

money <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i>(or anything else) can feel like a bombardment of<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

information. To think that any or all of those may be<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

influencing us too can be, to say the least, a bit<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

overwhelming.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

What makes them overwhelming is resisting and reacting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

to <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span>them or aligning and agreeing with them. If you are<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

simply aware of them, without having to process them,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

categorize them or deal with them in any way, it does not<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

become too much information and overwhelm us, instead it<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i> <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\n

just is and when it just is it can contribute to us instead.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n
