Some people consider relationships laborious, a sacrifice or a burden. We often do our \u201crelationship duties\u201d out of obligation. This can leave us feeling empty or resentful, inadequate or even taken advantage of. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Either way it\u2019s not ease, joy or glory.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

A sense of obligation can weigh a relationship down tremendously. It often creates separation and rejection  based on projections, resentment, blame, shame,  unfulfilled expectations or any number of other inventions and misunderstandings.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

The most important thing in any relationship – whether it be with a partner, your kids, family friends or colleagues is that you are honest and truthful with you. Connected with you. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
