I hereby grant Kass Thomas or Open Possibilities srls the right to use such video and/or audio recordings of my name, likeness and voice in any and all forms of media, now or hereinafter created, and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, composite or edited forms, to distribute, sell and use in any manner, as may determine in its sole and absolute discretion.
I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any version(s), including the finished version(s), of such recordings, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.
I have read this Release, fully understand its terms and understand that I may be giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue, and any and all rights to fees or compensation from the distribution, sale or use by Kass Thomas or by its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns for any and all purposes.
